PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection tool for medical treatment which can deal with presence/absence of a stationary member in a case where a male member and a female member are connected by fitting of tapered surfaces and in which fastening can be easily canceled at the time of separation work of the male member and the female member.SOLUTION: A female member 10 and a male member 20 can be connected by inserting a tapered surface 23 of the male member 20 into a tapered surface 13 of the female member 10. When a male screw part 14 of the female member 10 and a female screw part 31 of a stationary member 30 are in an unscrewed state, the movement of the stationary member 30 into the center line direction is permitted, and engagement/disengagement between the stationary member 30 and the male member 20 is switched.
