PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a female connector which can be connected to a male connector in different shapes and dimensions and make connection work with the male connector easier.SOLUTION: A female connector to be connected to a male connector 270 having a tubular section 272 through which a liquid-like substance flows out is disclosed. The female connector includes an adaptor 110 installed on the outer peripheral surface of the tubular section 272, and a handle 220 fitted on the outside of the adaptor 110. The handle 220 includes a flange section 230 projecting to the male connector 270 side. The inner peripheral surface of the flange section 230 includes an engaging wall 236 extending in the circumferential direction, a recess section 237 on the opposite side of the male connector 270 of the engaging wall 237, and a projection section 235 set adjacent the recess section 237 in any one side in the circumferential direction with respect to the engaging wall 236.
