PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a male type connector capable of performing connection to multiple kinds of female type connectors while satisfying tension characteristics, pressure-proof characteristics, and insertion easiness.SOLUTION: A male type connector 1A includes a tubular part 20 to be inserted to a female type connector. An only one tapered surface 27 where an outer diameter is reduced toward a tip 20t of the tubular part is formed within a predetermined area from the tip to a base end 20b on the outer peripheral surface of the tubular part.
