The present invention relates to a plant cultivation method using UV and a plant cultivation system therefor. A plant cultivation method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: supplementary light-treating a plant with UVA； measuring the maximum quantum yield of the plant； and determining a cultivation step of the plant according to the measured maximum quantum yield.La présente invention concerne un procédé de culture de plantes utilisant le rayonnement ultraviolet et un système de culture de plantes pour celui-ci. Un procédé de culture de plantes selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend les étapes consistant à : traiter à la lumière supplémentaire une plante au moyen d'un rayonnement ultraviolet A； mesurer le rendement quantique maximal de la plante； et déterminer une étape de culture de la plante en fonction du rendement quantique maximal mesuré.본 발명은 UV를 이용한 식물 재배 방법 및 이를 위한 식물 재배 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 식물 재배 방법은 식물에 UVA를 보광 처리하는 단계, 식물의 최대 양자 수율을 측정하는 단계 및 측정된 최대 양자 수율에 따라 식물의 재배 단계를 결정하는 단계를 포함한다.
