The present invention relates to an intelligent warning device and method for dental implants based on an occlusion pressure, the invention comprising: a sensor unit attached to the inside of a dental implant and measuring an occlusion pressure of a tooth in real time； a signal processing unit for determining whether an occlusion pressure delivered by the sensor unit is a injurious occlusion pressure； an operation unit for outputting a warning message depending on whether an occlusion pressure is determined as injurious by the signal processing unit； and a power unit for supplying power to each component as described above. If an occlusion pressure measured in real time by the sensor unit is greater than a preset occlusion pressure, the signal processing unit judges as an injurious occlusion pressure. A warning message outputted by the operation unit is one among a sound, a vibration and an electric signal. Accordingly, the present invention examines an occlusion relationships and a dental implant dynamics through a small real-time occlusion pressure measuring device, which can be installed inside a dental implant, and thereafter sets a predetermined, injurious pressure limit and upon measurement of the preset pressure limit, gives a warning of the measured injurious pressure to a user terminal.
