The invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising at least one polyester that may be obtained by reacting:a tetraol containing from 4 to 10 carbon atoms a linear or branched saturated monocarboxylic acid containing from 9 to 23 carbon atomsa cyclic dicarboxylic acid containing from 6 to 12 carbon atoms andan aromatic monocarboxylic acid containing from 7 to 11 carbon atomsat least one resin chosen from hydrocarbon-based resins at least one non-volatile solvent chosen from monoalcohols at least one co-solvent chosen from esters optionally, at least one hyperbranched polyol compound optionally, at least one wax and at least one nonvolatile silicone oil optionally, at least one colorant, as well as to methods of using such compositions.
