The invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising at least one polyester that may be obtained by reacting:a tetraol containing from 4 to 10 carbon atomsa linear or branched saturated monocarboxylic acid containing from 9 to 23 carbon atomsa cyclic dicarboxylic acid containing from 6 to 12 carbon atoms andan aromatic monocarboxylic acid containing from 7 to 11 carbon atomsat least one resin chosen from hydrocarbon-based resins at least one hyperbranched polyol compound at least one non-volatile solvent chosen from monoalcohols at least one co-solvent chosen from esters at least one nonvolatile silicone oil optionally, at least one wax and optionally, at least one colorant, as well as to methods of using such compositions.
