The invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising at least one polyester obtained by reacting:a tetraol containing from 4 to 10 carbon atomsa linear or branched saturated monocarboxylic acid containing from 9 to 23 carbon atomsa cyclic dicarboxylic acid containing from 6 to 12 carbon atoms andan aromatic monocarboxylic acid containing from 7 to 11 carbon atomsat least one hyperbranched polyol compound at least one at least one surfactant chosen from alkyl dimethicone copolyol at least one non-volatile solvent having more than one phenyl group at least one co-solvent chosen from esters at least one nonvolatile silicon oil optionally, at least one wax and optionally, at least one colorant, as well as to methods of using such compositions.
