The objective of the present invention is to project a target having reduced distortion onto an eye to be examined by easily converting an optical path for a long distance and an optical path for a short distance. An optometric device comprises a concave mirror, a display for displaying a target, and a target presentation unit for presenting the target in an optically certain long examination distance by reflecting, to the concave mirror, a light speed of the target emitted from the display, wherein the target is presented to the eye to be examined in an optical path for a long distance examination using the target presentation unit so that a visual function for a long distance of the eye to be examined can be examined. The optometric device further comprises an optical path conversion means for converting the optical path for a long distance examination and an optical path for a short distance examination which guides the light speed of the target from the display to the eye to be examined without reflecting to the concave mirror and an angle change means for changing an inclination angle of a screen of the display between the long distance examination and the short distance examination.
