The invention relates to a seedling-planting apparatus, which miniaturizes the seedling-planting apparatus to entirely miniaturize the seedling-planting apparatus. The seedling-planting apparatus comprises: rotor using rotational axle center as center towards left right of body； axes projecting towards left right from the said rotor, the said axes being used as structure respectively rotational with the said rotor with a seedling-planting apparatus mounted thereon. The seedling-planting apparatus comprises: taking seeding claw for holding seeding； seeding extruding body for extruding the seeding from taking seeding claw towards length direction of the taking seeding claw； extruding cam rolling together with rotor and making the seeding extruding body acting； extruding arm contacting with the extruding cam； posterioranterior arm axle； and extruding spring for extruding the extruding arm towards the direction contacting with the extruding cam. The said extruding arm forms a structure rocking along the arm axle as pivoting point axle and a seeding extruding body is connected on the extruding arm towards right and left direction.
