PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden on an operator in creating a medical document relevant to a medical image in a medical document creation support apparatus, method and program.SOLUTION: A document creation unit 21 creates a medical document for a medical image by inputting character information indicating the findings content about the medical image in creating the medical document. An information acquisition unit 22 acquires at least some of the input character information. A presentation unit 23 presents at least one content candidate relevant to at least some of the character information with reference to medical information relevant to the medical image that includes an analysis result of the medical image.
