PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information processing apparatus and a medical information processing program capable of easily creating a medical document format.SOLUTION: A medical information processing apparatus of an embodiment comprises: a storage unit an extraction unit and a creation unit. The storage unit stores electronic data on each of a plurality of medical documents. The extraction unit compares the electronic data stored by the storage unit, and extracts an item having predetermined commonality in the medical documents and a position of the item.
