PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide habitation information on an object.SOLUTION: An information processing device 10 has an acquisition unit 24, a control unit 27, a storage unit 26 and an imparting unit 25. The acquisition unit 24 can acquire vehicular information from an on-vehicle information processing device. The control unit 27 recognizes a position of an object when acquiring the vehicular information including a surrounding object. The control unit 27 accumulates the object in a habitation database in association with the position. The control unit 27 generates habitation information on the object based on the habitation database.
