The present invention relates to a rod inserter for fixing a pedicle screw and a minimal invasive surgery apparatus using the same. According to the present invention, a rod inserter for fixing a pedicle screw and a minimal invasive surgery apparatus includes: a holder unit including a detaching unit which is coupled to an end portion of a holder body penetrated through both ends portions thereof so that the holder body is rotated and coupled to a head part of a screw fixed to a spine bone an aligning unit for simultaneously clamping an upper portion of each of holder bodies coupled with a plurality of head portions to align upper portions of the holder units in line with each other an insertion unit including a rotation support part having a length corresponding to a radius of a lordosis formed by a lumbar portion among spine bones of a subject and a lower end portion supported, and a rotation insertion part having the length corresponding to the radius, one end portion rotatably coupled to an upper end portion of the rotation support part, and the other end portion detachably coupled to an arc-shaped rod.
