The present invention relates to a fixing rod inserter for a pedicle screw and a minimally invasive surgical apparatus having same, the fixing rod inserter comprising: a holder unit which comprises a detachable portion coupled to head portions of screws that are rotatably coupled to the end part of a holder body, of which both ends are in communication with each other, and are fixed to the vertebrae an alignment unit which is for clamping at the same time each upper part of the holder bodies, respectively coupled to the plurality of head portions, and for arranging the upper part of the holder unit in a straight line and an insertion unit which comprises a rotation support portion, having a length corresponding to the radius of lordosis formed by the lumbar vertebrae of a person being operated on and having the lower end part fixed, and a rotation insertion portion having a length corresponding to the radius, having one end part rotatably coupled to the upper end part of the rotation support portion, and having the other end part detachably coupled to an arc-shaped rod.
