The present invention relates to a screw holder for minimal invasive surgery provided with a joint and a minimal invasive surgery apparatus using the same, including: a holder body that has two penetrated ends； a holder unit including an attachment and detachment portion pivotally coupled to an end portion of the holder body and coupled to a head portion of a screw fixed to a vertebra； an alignment unit placing an upper portion of the holder unit on a straight line by simultaneously clamping an upper portion of each holder body coupled to each of a plurality of the head portions； and an insertion unit formed on one side of the alignment unit and inserting an arc-shaped rod corresponding to the radius of a lordosis formed by a lumbar portion of vertebrae of a surgery object through a plurality of the attachment and detachment portions. According to the present invention, the head portion of each of the screws fixed to a relatively large number of vertebrae can be quickly and easily fixed all at the same time by the single rod corresponding to the lordosis of the surgery object.본 발명은 양단 관통의 홀더 몸체； 및 상기 홀더 몸체의 단부에 회동 가능하게 결합되고 척추뼈에 고정되는 스크류의 헤드부와 결합되는 탈착부를 포함하는 홀더 유닛과, 복수의 상기 헤드부와 각각 결합된 상기 홀더 몸체 각각의 상부를 동시에 클램핑하여 상기 홀더 유닛의 상부를 일직선상에 배치시키는 정렬 유닛과, 상기 정렬 유닛의 일측에 형성되며 피시술자의 척추뼈들 중 요추부가 형성하는 로도시스(lordosis)의 반지름에 대응하는 원호 형상의 로드를 복수의 상기 탈착부들을 관통하여 삽입시키는 삽입 유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여, 비교적 많은 수의 척추뼈에 고정된 스크류 각각의 헤드부를, 피시술자의 로도시스와 대응하는 하나의 로드로써 한번에 신속하고 용이하게 고정시킬 수 있도록 한 관절을 구비한 최소 침습 수술용 스크류 홀더 및 이것을 이용한 최소 침습 수술 장치에 관한 것이다.
