PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a possibility to be regarded as failure by quickly detecting a movement as a desired body movement and counting it as a regular count display.SOLUTION: This body movement detecting device determines a plurality of body movements detected at a predetermined interval as continuity, and when detecting the continuous body movements the predetermined number of times for a predetermined period, determines the body movements as walking. In this case, a case where the two body movements are detected within a first error period is defined as a first continuity determination criterion, and a case where two signals are detected within a second error period longer than the first error period is defined as a second continuity determination criterion.
