PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable flowerpot using flexible silicone as the material of the flowerpot because the soil of a plant in a flowerpot made of a hard plastic material is hardened with roots spread and the plant cannot be easily taken out of the pot to make take-out work difficult in replanting work performed according to the growth of the plant, and if the plant is forcibly taken out, the plant may be damaged, and flowerpots not in use after replanting the plants vary in shape and size and take more storage space than expected.SOLUTION: A flowerpot body is formed using a silicone material, and a cylindrical wall of the body is provided with folding parts. A flange is provided for surrounding the outer periphery of a top part, and a bottom wall is provided with drip holes. A leg part is provided at the outer periphery of a bottom wall lower part, and drain openings are provided on the lower side of the leg part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】プラスチックの硬い素材で作られていることにより、植木の生長に合わせて行う植え替え作業の際、植木鉢の中の植木の土は、根がはり固くなってしまっているためなかなか植木が鉢から取り出せず、取り出す作業が容易でなかった。無理に、植木を取り出そうとすると、植木を傷めてしまうこともあった。植木を植え替えした後の使わなくなった植木鉢は、形や大きさも様々なため、収納スペースを案外使うものであった。本発明は、植木鉢の素材に柔軟なシリコンを使用した折りたたみ式植木鉢を提供する。【解決手段】シリコン素材を使用して植木鉢の本体を形成し、本体の筒壁に折りたたみ部分を設け、頂部の外周を囲むフランジを設け、底壁に水抜き穴を設け、底壁下部外周に脚部を設け、脚部下側に水はけ口を設けたことを特徴とする折りたたみ式植木鉢。【選択図】図1
