PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a covered stent capable of simultaneously and parallel performing treatment of avoiding growth of bump such as aneurysm, along with expansion treatment of a stenosed vessel.SOLUTION: A covered stent 100 includes: a stent body 110 formed of a cylindrical body of a mesh-like tissue using bioabsorbable fibers 112 and capable of expanding/reducing the diameter of the cylindrical body and a cover material 120 spirally wound around the cylindrical body at an inner surface of the cylindrical body of the stent body 110.
