PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more surely puncture a puncture needle only to the pericardium by maintaining the pericardium in the state of being stably separated from a surface of the heart.SOLUTION: A medical sheath 1 comprises: a cylindrical sheath body 3 having a tip opening 2 a hook part 4 for hooking and suspending the pericardium sucked into the tip opening 2, the hook part being disposed on the inner side of the tip opening 2 of the sheath body 3 and a decompression pump 5 for decompressing the inside of the sheath body 3.
