PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pericardium puncture device capable of puncturing a pericardium reliably while causing an endoscope to visualize a pericardium cavity as a narrow space.SOLUTION: The pericardium puncture device comprises: a lumen shaft including at least three hollow channels lighting means irradiating a pericardium with light from a light source imaging means imaging the pericardium irradiated by the lighting means forceps gripping the pericardium a puncture needle puncturing the pericardium gripped by the forceps and a hollow and hard sheath member covering the lumen shaft around an axis. The imaging means and/or lighting means, forceps, and puncture needle are inserted into different channels respectively. The forceps and puncture needle are inserted into different channels respectively, pulled out, and can be protruded at a distal side tip of the channels.
