The present invention relates to a pesticide composition for controlling Hyphantria cunea and, more specifically, to a pesticide composition for controlling Hyphantria cunea having a supercritical extract of Zanthoxylum piperitum. A method for manufacturing the supercritical extract of Zanthoxylum piperitum having an insecticidal effect to Hyphantria cunea comprises the following steps: (a) drying Zanthoxylum piperitum with cold air (b) grinding the dried Zanthoxylum piperitum into the particle size of 0.5 to 3 mm and (c) performing supercritical extraction of the ground Zanthoxylum piperitum at the temperature of 40-60°C and the pressure of 100-500 bar.
