PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for collecting animal excreta, with which a liquid component of excreta is collected so as to solve pollution problems of animal excreta in a stock farm, etc., flowing into underground water or rivers and thereby, the environmental protection of an open system is realized. SOLUTION: Water-permeable pipes (4) are connected to the storage part (standing pile 1) of a stock farm (F). Water-permeable lines (3, 8, 9a, 9b) of a granular water permeating agent (6) crossing the water-permeable pipes (4) are installed.
