A device and method that belongs to the field of Shack-Hartmann (S-H) wavefront detection,more specifically an adaption of the S-H sensor, with an attachment of customized focusing relay optics, onto opto-mechanical measurement instrument for the alignment and measurement of an optical systems with a higher numerical aperture (NA), where the object points are realized by an object plate from a suitable material with single mode fibers light sources polished to achieve the same plane as said object plate is disclosed.L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé qui appartiennent au domaine de la détection de Ffront d'onde de Shack-Hartmann (S-H), plus spécifiquement une adaptation du capteur S-H, avec une fixation d'optiques de relais de focalisation personnalisées, sur un instrument de mesure opto-mécanique pour l'alignement et la mesure de systèmes optiques avec une ouverture numérique (NA) supérieure, les points d'objet étant réalisés par une plaque d'objet à partir d'un matériau approprié avec des sources de lumière à fibres monomodes polies pour obtenir le même plan que ladite plaque d'objet.
