PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric element capable of suppressing performance deterioration due to a crack of a piezoelectric film, and a piezoelectric actuator, an ultrasonic probe, an ultrasonic device, an electronic apparatus, a liquid injection head and a liquid injection device.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric element in which a first electrode layer, a piezoelectric layer and a second electrode layer are sequentially laminated, comprises a conductive layer positioned across from the first electrode layer to the piezoelectric layer. In a plan view from a lamination direction of the first electrode layer, the piezoelectric layer and the second electrode layer, the piezoelectric layer has a first portion overlapping with the second electrode layer, a second portion overlapping with the conductive layer, and a third portion not overlapping with the second electrode layer and the conductive layer.
