In a plan view as viewed from a lamination direction of the first electrode layer, the piezoelectric layer and the second electrode layer, the first electrode layer has a first portion overlapping with the piezoelectric layer and a second portion having at least a part separated from the first portion and not overlapping with the piezoelectric layer. In the plan view, the second electrode layer has a third portion overlapping with the piezoelectric layer and a fourth portion separated from the third portion.
