The manufacturing method of fabricated 3-D composites bio-film, which utilizes bacterial cellulose to form the main component of the fabricated bio-film, and makes the bio-film possesses mechanical strength, permeability and plasticity by adding natural polymers and cross-linking agent, enabling the bio-film to prepare 3-D film with control-release ability.
