The present invention relates a method for producing beef-flavored flake, which is capable of deriving meat-like texture through extraction of wheat protein from flour and enables production of flake with excellent taste by using a composite soy sauce which is composed of a brewed soy sauce, a spicy soy sauce, and an acid hydrolyzed soy sauce. The present invention further relates to beef-flavored flake produced thereby.본 발명은 소맥분에서 밀단백을 추출하여 육고기와 같은 식감을 도출할 수 있으며, 산분해 간장과 양념간장 및 양조간장이 혼합된 복합 간장을 사용하여 우수한 풍미의 플레이크를 제공할 수 있는 쇠고기 풍미 플레이크의 제조 방법 및 그에 의해 제조된 쇠고기 풍미 플레이크에 관한 것이다.
