PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reading support device, an image reading support method, and an image reading support program for reducing a workload in the case of displaying a comparison image.SOLUTION: A monitor 20 for a report and a monitor 22 for a viewer respectively include monitor screens 20s and 22s. When a certain image reading report is selected by an individual report open operation on the monitor screen 20s, a CPU 14 displays a medical image associated with the selected image reading report on the monitor screen 22s. Also, when an operation for selecting the medical image associated with the other image reading report as a comparison image is operated on the monitor screen 22s, the CPU 14 displays a sub-viewer window for reducing and showing the display of the monitor screen 22s on the monitor screen 20s.
