PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable users to efficiently prepare image interpretation reports.SOLUTION: A control unit 21 of a server device 2 is configured to retrieve and read an image interpretation report of an inspection similar to the inspection of an image interpretation object from a report DB 253, prepare a template of the image interpretation report, and recognize a keyword from the prepared template, and cause a display unit 33 to display a report input screen 331 displaying the template displayed in an aspect enabling an identification of the keyword. In the report input screen 331, when the keyword is selected from the displayed template by a user operation, the control unit 21 is configured to cause the display unit 33 to display an UI for inputting an alternative keyword, and receive an input of the alternative keyword.
