PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability in preparation of an image interpretation report.SOLUTION: In an image interpretation report preparation system for preparing a plurality of image interpretation reports indicating image interpretation results inputted by respective different users in each of a plurality of image interpretation stages for a medical image, respective image interpretation report screens including each of the plurality of image interpretation reports are displayed so as to be switched by a 0-order image interpretation tab 41, a primary image interpretation tab 42, a secondary image interpretation tab 43 and an approval image interpretation tab 44.
