Herbicide composition with increased solubility in presence of cations of ammonium, sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium and multivalent cations contains at least one amine herbicide salt of phenoacid class and solubility-improving preparation in amount, effective for preventing formation of insoluble salts of said herbicide of phenoxyacid class. Said solubility-improving preparation contains at least one surface active substance, selected from alcoxylated quaternary amine, alkylated quaternary amine, amidoamine, alkoxylate of product of interaction of fatty acid and polyamines, ethoxylate of product of interaction of fatty acid and triethylamine, tristyrylphenol ethoxylate, EO-PO block or statistical copolymer, alkyl olefin sulfonate, alkylbenzene sulfonate amine salt, castor oil alcoxylate, inorganic base or their combinations, on condition that when glyphosate is present, inorganic base is excluded.
