PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for processing papaya milk obtained from immature papaya, and to provide a papaya milk product obtained by the method. SOLUTION: This method for processing papaya milk comprises either of the following two versions. The first version comprises the following steps: cutting immature papaya P, collecting papain-containing milk A flowing out from a cut p, oxidizing the collected milk A, granulating the oxidized milk substance B, and drying the granulated milk substance C. The second version comprises the following steps: cutting immature papaya P, collecting papain- containing milk A flowing out from a cut p, oxidizing the collected milk A, grinding oxidized milk substance B to powder, and drying the powdered milk substance D. The papaya milk product is produced through either of the two versions described in Claim 1 or 2.
