This invention disclose a manufacturing method of magnetic composite particles including the following steps: Providing magnetic nano-particles providing water-soluble macromolecules, and dissolve the water-soluble macromolecules into a aqueous macromolecule solution mixing the magnetic nano-particles and the aqueous macromolecule solution into a first mixture providing a disperse phase, and mixing the disperse phase and the first mixture into a second mixture and adding a hardener to the second mixture and generating the magnetic composite particles. By utilizing this method, not only the diameter of the magnetic composite particles but the magnetization of the magnetic composite particles can be controlled.本發明揭示一種磁性微粒複合物的製作方法,包含以下步驟:提供磁性奈米粒子;並提供水溶性高分子,並將其溶解形成水溶性高分子溶液;接著將磁性奈米粒子與水溶性高分子溶液均勻混合形成第一混合溶液;繼續提供分散相溶液,且將分散相與第一混合溶液均勻混合,形成第二混合溶液;最後加入硬化劑於第二混合溶液,製得磁性微粒複合物。此製作方法係藉由控制不互溶的液態相之間的界面張力,以形成磁性微粒複合物,並控制其成品粒徑大小。藉此,可使用較簡易的程序並以較低的成本製得不同粒徑與不同磁性量之磁性微粒複合物。S11、S12、S13、S14、S15‧‧‧步驟
