PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional refrigerating device that it is difficult to measure an exact temperature with respect to a food covered by plastic wrap and the like since a temperature of the food is measured by using an infrared ray sensor, thus it is difficult to keep a supercooling state which requires delicate temperature management.SOLUTION: This refrigerating device includes a refrigerating compartment 200 for refrigerating the food 81 by introducing cold air, a temperature measuring means 50 for measuring a temperature of the food 81 stored in the refrigerating compartment 200, and a control means 46 for adjusting the cold air introduced to the refrigerating compartment 200 so that the food 81 stored in the refrigerating compartment 200 is kept in the supercooling state free from freezing even at a temperature lower than a freezing point on the basis of the measurement result of the temperature measuring means 50, and the temperature measuring means 50 is arranged so as to be lowerable toward the food in the refrigerating compartment 200.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来の冷凍保存装置は、赤外線センサを用いて食品の温度を計測していたため、ラップなどの覆いが掛かった食品に対しては、正確な温度を計測することが難しかった。このため、微妙な温度管理が要求される過冷却状態を維持することが困難であるといった課題を有していた。【解決手段】 冷気を導入して食品81を冷凍貯蔵する冷凍室200と、冷凍室200に貯蔵された食品81の温度を計測する温度計測手段50と、温度計測手段50の計測結果に基づいて、冷凍室200に貯蔵された食品81を凍結点以下の温度でも凍らない過冷却状態に維持するように、冷凍室200に導入される冷気を調整する制御手段46とを備え、温度計測手段50は、冷凍室200内の食品に向けて下降可能に設けられたことを特徴とする。【選択図】 図4
