PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial endoscopic device by which inspecting work is easily performed by grinding a part to be treated regardless of the position and the state or the like of the part to be treated, and a treatment tool for repair.
SOLUTION: The industrial endoscopic device includes: an insertion part which is equipped with an imaging means at its tip part and in which a treatment tool inserting-through channel is disposed a grinding part which grinds an object to be ground by rotating in such a state that it is led out from the tip part a rod which is inserted through a sheath provided to be inserted in the treatment tool inserting-through channel and to the tip part of which the grinding part is connected and an advance/retreat rotation driving part which makes the grinding part advance/retreat and rotate through the rod.
