PURPOSE: Soy sauce with the adult disease prevention effect using a rhus verniciflua extract, and a producing method thereof are provided to use benincasa hispida, brown rice, coix agrestis, suaeda asparagoides, and blowfish. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of soy sauce with the adult disease prevention effect comprises the following steps: heating 1part of soybean by weight; adding 0.05~0.07parts of freeze-dried benincasa hispida powder by weight, 0.05~0.07parts of brown rice powder by weight, and 0.05~0.07parts of coix agrestis into the cooked soybean, and molding a soybean block before fermenting the block; preparing 15~25% salt water, and inserting suaeda asparagoides powder into the salt water; dipping the fermented soybean block into the salt water for 60~100days, and removing impurities from the salt water after removing the soybean block by boiling; adding rhus verniciflua extract powder and blowfish flesh to the obtained soybean; and aging the mixture in jar for 1year.
