The absorbent body has: an absorbent core formed by layering a liquid-absorbent material； and a liquid-impermeable leak-proof sheet that covers the absorbent core from the non-skin side thereof. A dorsal strip elastic member that intersects with a part of said leg-surrounding elastic members is arranged along the lateral direction on the dorsal strip member.
