A method for cosmetic treatment of the skin comprising spraying onto the skin at least one molecule chosen from a non-volatile molecule and a temperature-unstable molecule by means of a spray device (1) comprising: i. a vaporising system (10) suitable for vaporising a composition comprising water (2), and ii. a nebulising system (30) suitable for nebulising a composition comprising at least one molecule chosen from a non-volatile molecule and a temperature-unstable molecule (4), wherein the method of cosmetic treatment provides for vaporising the composition comprising the water (2) using the vaporising system (10) and for nebulising the composition comprising at least one molecule chosen from a non-volatile molecule and a temperature-unstable molecule (4) using the nebulising system (30).
