A hair coloring product comprising at least two natural dye substances. At least one of the natural dye substances displays a yellow or yellowish brown color. Preferably the natural dye substance displaying the yellow or yellowish brown color is either selected from quercetin or a derivative thereof or is selected from an extract having either quercetin or the derivative thereof or a mixture thereof.
