PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that facilitates measurement of cardiac beat and pulse, even about an animal covered with fur and having skin being dry in normal.SOLUTION: A device comprises a color development part 1, a micro-computer 2, a pulse sensor 3 and a battery, and represents the excitation degree of a wearer inferred from a pulse by using the color and blinking of a color development part. Thereby, an owner or the like of a pet animal can intuitively grasp the excitation degree of the pet animal. The excitation degree substantially coincides with the level of a pulse rate, so that arbitrary interpretation is not required here. Also, this device does not require fixing of a body of the animal, and is usable in the state where the animal can move freely. Also, an infrared photo-reflector is lightly attached to a portion where the fur is thin and the skin is also thin to measure the pulse, about the animal having fur and a dry body surface.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】毛皮で覆われ、且つ表皮が平常時に乾燥している動物についても、心拍、脈拍測定を容易に行える装置を提供する。【解決手段】発色部1、マイクロコンピューター2、脈拍センサー3、電池からなり、脈拍から推測した装着者の興奮度を発色部の色や明滅で表現する。これにより、愛玩動物の飼い主などが、愛玩動物の興奮度を直感的に見て取ることができる。興奮度は脈拍数の高低とほぼ一致しているので、ここには恣意的な解釈を必要としない。また、本装置は動物の体を固定する必要がなく、動物が自由に動ける状態での利用が可能である。また、毛皮を持ち、体表面が乾燥している動物については毛皮が薄く皮膚も薄い部分に赤外線フォトリフレクタを軽くあてがい脈拍を計測する。【選択図】図1
