PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of microprotrusion devices capable of relatively inexpensively and stably manufacturing a microprotrusion device capable of controlling puncture depth thereof into skin and having microprotrusions capable of reducing pain when being punctured into the skin.SOLUTION: A microprotrusion device 1A according to the present invention includes: needle-like and hollow first protrusions 3 formed protrudingly from one surface 2a of a base material sheet 2； and hollow second protrusions 4 protrudingly formed near the first protrusions 3 on the one surface 2a of the base material sheet 2 and having the protrusion height lower than that of the first protrusions 3.
