PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse electric stimulating device, applying strong stimulation, applying pleasant stimulation without discomfort, and having a higher therapeutic effect.SOLUTION: The pulse electric stimulating device includes: pulse generating means for generating a pulse with a pulse duration t quiescent period setting means for generating a quiescent period tr subsequent to the pulse, in which output is zero pulse duration modulating means for modulating pulse duration of the pulse generated by the pulse generating section with any waveform and frequency and period setting means for obtaining the period T from the pulse duration t of the pulse and the quiescent period. The pulse is subjected to pulse duration modulation, and the period tr in which the pulse output is zero is controlled so that the period T is a constant value to the pulse duration t at that time.
