PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an potential therapy apparatus, capable of preventing a treatment object from being accustomed to stimuli of a constant potential, giving a human body a relaxed feeling, and relieving the pain of a sufferer from rheumatoid arthritis.SOLUTION: The potential therapy apparatus 1 includes: a voltage generation unit 14, 15, 24 for generating a prescribed voltage a control unit 2 for changing the voltage generated by the voltage generation unit and the output time and output frequency of the voltage based on 1/f fluctuation period and potential therapy directors 28, 29 for applying the potential from the voltage generation unit to the treatment object.
