PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus and an imaging method, which do not require sensors to be attached to a subject, can detect a periodic movement of the subject without being affected by a change in the concentration distribution of an X-ray image due to a change in a dose and a change in a quantum noise quantity of each frame of continuous X-rays, and execute imaging using the detected movement period.SOLUTION: An X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus 1 calculates a movement period of a subject 3 by analyzing a time-series image group acquired by fluoroscopic imaging for a predetermined time, and controls imaging based on the calculated movement period. The movement period is calculated by creating a frequency band image group in which a specific space frequency band is extracted from each image of the time-series image group, calculating a temporal change in image statistic information from the created frequency band image group, and executing frequency analysis for the temporal change in the image statistic information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 被写体へのセンサ類の取り付けが不要であり、また連続X線の1フレームごとの線量変化や量子ノイズ量の変化によるX線画像の濃度分布の変化による影響を受けずに被写体の周期的な動きを検出し、検出した動き周期を利用した撮影を行うことが可能なX線透視撮影装置及び撮影方法を提供する。【解決手段】 X線透視撮影装置1は、所定時間の透視撮影により得られた時系列の画像群を解析することにより被写体3の動き周期を算出し、算出した動き周期に基づき撮影を制御する。動き周期の算出においては、時系列の画像群の各画像から特定空間周波数帯を抽出した周波数帯画像群を作成し、作成した周波数帯画像群から画像統計情報の経時的変化を算出し、画像統計情報の経時的変化を周波数解析することにより求める。【選択図】図1
