PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker which can automatically make dry food by a simple operation from any kind of food to be cooked.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes: a memory 41a memorizing a plurality of menus including set conditions of heating for every food to be cooked an operation means 7 capable of selecting a specific menu from the plurality of menus memorized in the memory 41a and a health menu cooking control part 63 of a control means 41 for controlling the operation of a heating means in accordance with the set conditions of heating, included in the specific menu, and heating food to be cooked, put in a cooking chamber so as to obtain dry food.
