PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of sargassum contained tofu and sargassum contained tofu are provided to enhance texture and fiber by encapsulating with lactobacillus and mixing with soy milk. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of sargassum contained tofu and sargassum contained tofu comprises the following steps: mixing 10 parts by weight of lactobacillus, 80-120 parts by weight of polymer for cell deposite, 70-120 parts by weight of additives for cell deposit and 80-120 parts by weight of kelp powder, stirring the same and molding sargassum granule (S10)； dipping beans (S20)； manufacturing soy milk by crushing the dipped beans (S30)； mixing 3-10 parts by weight of sargassum granule with 100 parts by weight of soy milk and stirring the same (S40)； condensing a mixed solution of the sargassum granule and soy milk (S50)； and wrapping the tofu with pouch (S60). The kelp powder comprises one or more of brown seaweed, Hizikia fusiforme, and kelp. In the kelp powder, one or more of dried lobster, garlic, and red pepper are additionally included.
