CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for skin whitening contains Acer tegmentosum Maxim extract as an active ingredient. A cosmetic composition for anti-wrinkling contains the Acer tegmentosum Maxim extract as an active ingredient. The Acer tegmentosum Maxim extract is contained in 0.001-30.0 weight% based on total weight of the cosmetic composition. The Acer tegmentosum Maxim extract is isolated by solvent extraction using water, anhydrous or hydrous low alcohol of 1-4 carbon atoms, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, glycerin, acetone, ethyl acetate, chloroform, butyl acetate, diethyl ether, dichloromethane, hexane, or mixture thereof； by supercritical extraction； by sonication； or by natural fermentation.본 발명은 벌나무(Acer tegmentosum Maxim) 추출물을 유효 성분으로 함유하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 벌나무 추출물을 유효 성분으로 0.001 ~ 30.0 중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명에 따르면, 벌나무 추출물은 인간 섬유아세포 활성 효과뿐만 아니라, 피부 잔주름 개선 효과, 미백 효과, 보습효과, 자외선에 의한 피부손상 완화 효과 및 자극 완화 효과가 있어 각종 기능성 화장료를 제공할 수 있다.
