PURPOSE: A producing method of omelet wrapped rice using various vegetables is provided to maintain the flavor and taste of each ingredient for producing the omelet wrapped rice. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of omelet wrapped rice using various vegetables comprises the following steps: mixing 2.83wt% of liquid butter, 0.03wt% of fresh rosemary, 0.03wt% of fresh thyme leaves, and 0.13wt% of garlic powder to obtain herbal butter(S101); washing rice dried far infrared rays, and mixing 51.05wt% of rice and with 45.94wt% of herbal butter and water to obtain herbal butter rice(S102); pan-frying 26.4wt% of herbal butter rice with 3.8wt% of soybean oil and 22.8wt% of egg water to obtain scrambled egg, and mounting the scrambled egg on the herbal butter rice(S104); cutting tomatoes, and arranging the tomatoes, Sedum sarmentosum, fried bean curd, black sesame jelly, and other ingredients around the herbal butter rice(S105); and heating a container storing all the ingredients, and sprinkling 1.1wt% of vegetable vinegar dressing and mixing sauce on top(S106). The egg water includes fresh cream, liquid whole eggs, water, and salt.
