PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a default that an appropriate structure was not provided irrespective of preference of a bogie system that could be loaded into or unloaded from a drying chamber to meet the requests that a food dryer is always requested to keep cleanliness due to the fact that an item to be processed is food, to keep an easy washing and/or an easy cleaning, to keep a superior workability or a waterproofness against machine units such as combustion chambers, combustion units and fans.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a food dryer in which a housing is constituted by one chamber and the other chamber, one chamber is provided with an air suction passage and a hot air generating part [a lower chamber] composed of a burner with a fan, a heat exchanging cylinder and a suction fan for assuring air flow, the other chamber is provided with a bogie having a quiver set in it, an inner wall for partitioning one chamber and the other chamber is formed with a hot air feeding port and an upper rear surface of the other chamber is provided with a discharging port, a bogie storing a quiver can be freely loaded in or unloaded from the other chamber so as to enable the bogie to be easily washed and/or cleaned.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3-1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 食品乾燥機は、加工対象物が、食品であり、常時、清潔性が要望される。洗浄、及び/又は、清掃が容易であること、作業性が良いこと、又は燃焼室、燃焼器具、ファン等の機材に対する防水性の確保が要望される。要望に応えるには、乾燥室に出し入れできる台車方式が望ましいが、適切な構造が無かった。【解決手段】 筐体を、一方部屋と他方部屋とで構成し、一方部屋に、空気吸込み通路と、ファンを備えたバーナ、及び熱交換筒、並びに空気の流れを確保する吸込みファンとでなる熱風生成部(下部屋)を、他方部屋に、エビラをセットした台車が収容され、一方部屋と他方部屋とを仕切る内壁に、熱風導入口を形成し、他方部屋の上方裏面に排気口を備える食品乾燥機であり、他方部屋にエビラを収容した台車を出し入れ自在とし、洗浄、及び/又は、清掃が容易にできる。【選択図】 図3-1
